Commercial Electrical
Service calls, buildouts, lighting, and code corrections for businesses — done on a schedule that keeps you open and passes inspection the first time.
What's Involved
Commercial Electrical
Commercial work runs on deadlines and inspections, so that's how we run it. We handle tenant improvements and buildouts, service and maintenance calls, lighting retrofits, and the code corrections that come out of a failed inspection or a violation notice. We coordinate with your GC, your landlord, or your inspector so the electrical isn't what holds the project up.
Whether it's a restaurant, a retail space, an office, or a small shop, you get a licensed master electrician, a written estimate up front, and work that's labeled, documented, and done to code.

Questions
Commercial Electrical FAQ
Can you work around our business hours?
Yes. For a lot of commercial work we schedule around your hours — early mornings, evenings, or off-days — so we're not shutting you down during business.
We failed an electrical inspection. Can you fix it?
That's a common call. Send us the inspection report or the violation notice and we'll quote the corrections, do the work, and coordinate the re-inspection.
Do you do three-phase commercial work?
Yes — three-phase power, equipment hookups, and distribution are a regular part of our commercial and industrial work.
